pc problems

AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-Core Processor
16.0 GB RAM
nvidia ge force 3070 ti
OS on 250gb ssd
game on 1tb nvme
game was on a 1tb hdd (i removed it to put in the nvme)
2 monitors both 1080p, one at 144hz the other at 60
(i tried it with one monitor and IT happened on both)

game setting was ultra (when i was on windows 10)
now i put it to performance with everything on low when i was allowed to change it

IT - my cpu is going to 100% in loading screens, and sometimes in the start screen or in game my monitors are turning off but i hear the game, either that or it is fully freezing my pc and shutting it down. it wasnt happening before when i was on windows 10 and the game was on the hdd.
