Cleared "Felled Hideout" map but nothing has happened

I have cleared the Felled Hideout map and there was no notification telling me that I have cleared the map. The Cataclysm's Wake quest hasn't updated .

No idea what's going on, literally all creatures are gone. Upon closer inspection, it appears I also haven't gained any xp from any kills either.

Literally just standing in the middle of the map with death all around. Nothing left here... 🤷🏼
