Dead again

I would like to report a game error in which I have already died 6 times. The point is that I have the entire mana cover, I don't lack it either, and yet the boss takes my life in the first place instead of the mana/shield. I have taken passive skills. Please back my 60% Xp and refund my boss map

I got ignited or bleeding etc. and dead instantly. On chat is I do suicide XD

I Lost 2t16 waystone and 6/7 t15 with op buff Please help me I cant play ;-;
