I’m wondering if I still have chance to unlock my account which was locked 2 weeks ago by ggg support team.Does anyone unlock the account successfully which locked after got hacked.

I just got my account locked after contacting support on December 20th. It’s still locked, and I haven’t received any updates since then. It’s possible that there are more cases than the support team can handle, combined with the New Year holiday period, which may have caused delays in the process.
