Account Locked Over a Ridiculous Reason

Had to create a separate account to post this since I'm locked out of my main one. In global chat, people were arguing about Elon Musk and I said something along the lines of "People shouldn't worry so much about rich people and politicians, and should instead focus on their own lives." for this HEINOUS VIOLATION of the code of conduct, I received a 40 minute mute. Okay, whatever, I'll eat the mute.

About an hour later, I got another big message in red letters "Your account has been muted for 24 hours..." and about 5 seconds later, I'm kicked to the main menu with an account lock error. Now, I've said stupid shit in global before. Nearly all of them were jokes of a sexual nature that I deserved to eat mutes for. I'm totally fine with that. What I'm not okay with is GGG removing my access to the game for what I said above. I mean, really, does the punishment fit the crime here?

I've sent multiple emails to the support email over the course of the last 3 days, no response. This is my last shot at someone listening and letting me back into the game. I promise I will never use global chat again, I would just like to use the product that I paid for. I love this game and want to see it succeed, but getting banned like this and the lack of response from GGG in appealing it is really frustrating.

I've read recent posts on this forum and have seen people saying they've had their account locked for 2-3 weeks with no response. I know that forum mods can't resolve account issues, but could you maybe talk with the support team and see if I can get a response? I really miss playing this game :(
