Bug in the skil of archer

Can you help me? I have a skill for the Pathfinder Archer class. The Storm Arrow skill is bugged. The skill passes through enemies and doesn't hit or get marked to deal subsequent damage. I can record a video and send it to you. I'm sending it here to the support forum because it could be a specific bug. I've already disconnected and connected again and the same thing. The skill isn't working perfectly. I'm in the 3rd act of the game and this skill is my main damage skill.
