crash when opening a portal

I've been playing for relatively little, but I just have a problem with portals, when I try to open one, the game crashes completely and closes, that even once caused me to lose a part of the progress, I don't even know how, it wasn't a big deal, just repeat the mission where you have to open the doors on a wall, But I've had several problems. I validated the system files by steam and apparently it says that everything is fine, I guess if it continues I will have to reinstall, but I leave the thread here, since they are things that should not happen, and they can be fixed
