accident happened

i purchased poe2 early access and claimed it on the wrong account which is still tied to this one that im making this thread on. is there any chance i can get the 300 credits transfered from my pc account to my xbox account? i didnt notice this until i hit lvl 43 on a character and started investigating why i didnt have my stash tabs. also is there any way of transfering characters from accounts that are tied together? id like to get the char thats tied to my pc account onto my xbox account since thats where i thought i was starting it.

also wondering why when i download the game on my xbox that it automatically signs my pc account in as primary? that doesnt really make much sense. yes i should have checked and made sure i was logged into the right account but im sure im not the only one who figured it would prioritize the account that your logged in on.
