IP ban problem

hello support team,I use VPN to play poe2 for stable internet connection.I've been banned for several times,than I reconneted VPN.
I guess my IP adress keep changing,and my account login may have location issue,but I can not choose the IP address that VPN service Assign to me.

Please dont ban my account beacase of IP address issue.
