Bug - Legacy of the vaal - Bring large soul core to infested barrens and activate stone alter

Xbox series x - Act 6: dropped the large soul core out of my inventory at ziggurat encampment (no warning or promt like "you cannot drop this item here. Destroy it instead" only to have it dissappear permanently without the chance to get a new one from jiquanis sanctum. Stone alter still does the animation but doesn't progress the story nore drop the water to enter next area. Character has been bricked for over a week now. Had to start a brand new character from scratch because of this.

I have the same problem.

Solo le pido a los desarrolladores que no me hagan empezar de nuevo. Prácticamente para mí es como abandonar el juego. Es un bug que te rompe una partida.
