Point donation guild point issue

Why do points donate to guild points, but after the donation is completed, the points disappear and the guild points do not increase???

Guild points must be accepted by the guild leader on the website in order to be applied to your guild's balance. The page for Path of Exile 2 guild leaders to accept points is here.

I just checked and it's only 51, but I donated 100

It looks like you still need to have the guild leader accept 50 points' worth of donation. They can do this here as mentioned.
