how to unlink poe2 account to steam ?

LeoHunt#8659 is my main account and in this account i have a stromweaver level 85 named SOKKRATES , a ranger level 35 named LEOHUNT and my other account Leohunt#1221 there are no characters in this account .
When i couldn't transfer the points , i canceled my purchase from steam because i couldn't use my points in the game ,i want to get points again , can you please merge my accounts ?
