Can you give a key to someone if you buy a better version after you bought the normal one ?

As in title my friend bought a standard version but after a week or so bought himself a better version and he got 2 keys for the game and here is a question is it possible to give someone a key from normal version ?

There's no "better" version of a key. U either get a key to Early access or u don't. If ur buddy upgraded his pack and got additional keys because of that he can give them away and someone else gets access to the game aswell.
