How do I upgrade quality of life remnants skill?

U can see there is an improvement from quality but I don't know how to put my gemcutters prism on it.
It is the passive from blood mage and so there is no skill gem.

wondering this aswell there is alot of skills like this that have quality bonuses and u cant quality them at all. If anyone knows the answer please help us out :D

The skill from ascendancy has quality modifier to it, but no quality can be applied to it?

I would imagine, if it has a quality modifier there is some way to do so?

Yeah, the ascendancy skills shows a quality bonus. So it should be possible?

In case this hasn't been answered before, there is a piece of gear that gives "life remnants" as a skill, which CAN be qualitied on the armour itself. Which is why it can be qualitied.

The lineage support gem Dialla's Desire can be socketed to a skill to add +1 to skill level and +10% to quality.

The notable passive The Cunning Fox adds +5% to quality of all skills.
