ggg. why cant i access my poe 1 account?

thanks again for stealing a disabled persons money on christmas. you forced 2 accounts and now the original xbox account does not connect on poe 1. you have taken everything and my account is reset on there. not one word for weeks. why am i being discriminated against? you purposly have the support email full so no one can contact support. must be nice to steal from disabled people then ignor ethier issues.

If you've merged accounts, you should be able to choose which account you play using during character select.

no you cannot do that on xbox series s. there is not option to change the account. the only one active os the fake acount attached. my account is completly reset now... this is nothing ive done at all. why is there 2 accopunts anyways?
