Item related crashes

Hello, I have not experienced crashes until today. I think its item related and when I try to put passive gems on skills the gem crashes after a period of time (10 to 30 seconds).

My stat is Intelligence 83; I have a wand that requires 71 int to ware. but the skill on the wand (Level 11 Chaos bolt) has requirement of int 95. I can use the skill but I cannot equipment any passive skill gems on it.

I think the game will not crash anymore if I have above 95 int.
