I paid $30 for the rights on December 6th. It hasn’t been sent to me yet!
I have sent many emails and my problem has never been solved! They kept asking me what my role was, but they never gave me login permission, where did I get the role, and they never responded to me in time! I've been waiting for a month!

I'm guessing there is something lost in translation as the word role is not applicable to early access. Maybe you mean key? Did you get the key from this website, steam or epic (or console) if not did you get it from a reseller? Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi
