performance , game closing down mid battle

im getting terrible game closing .. hopefully not just me . . . running a 3070 ti and not having shadows on high or anything .. what is going on here .. is it just a game issue or do i need to reconfigure more settings.. this happens generally on a boss battle . and when i went to trial of the sekhamas and defeated the last level boss game died and i got nothing
