"Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access"

Hi, I bought Poe2 a week ago, generated a code and successfully activated it on my Steam account. During this time I played for over 40 hours and created two characters. Unfortunately today when I try to start the game I get the message "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access" I tried to sync my account with Steam, log in again on both Steam and the official PoE website. I also heard that when you buy you get currency that you can spend in the store, however I did not buy Poe for the normal price that is on the Steam store so I expect that I may not get it but it would be nice to know how it looks.

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used. If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. |
