Supporter Pack on wrong account

Hi,
i have contacted the support multiple times since early december (8 december) with no answers yet via mail + message from this website. I have bought the 60 $ supporter pack via steam (since i had a steam account) but i received the pack on the wrong account. Can you you guyz tell men, is there another way to contact support ? Thx.
