i FINISHED CRUEL ACT 3 BUT I DONT HAVE END GAME

I killed doryani, i finished act 3 but now i cant travel from ziggurat encampment to present, i dont have ENDGAME tab in waypoint, i dont have hideout, when i type /hideout it says player has no hideout in this league, i cant do maps i cant do anything PLEASE HELP ME

I killed him second time i dont have any option to talk to him or anything i cant go to ziggurat town or anything my game totally glitched guys
