I bought the wrong item i wanted from the shop "Celestial Necrolord Armour Pack"
i was wondering if it is possible to get my gold back. I didnt know it wasnt availibele in POE 2. Last bumped on Jan 22, 2025, 6:59:52 AM

I am the same problem. Not knowing that I accidentally bought a POE one item instead of POE2. I have sent two requests for refund via the support email and have received no response. I am going to make a complaint with my credit card company. Maybe Visa can convince them to refund.

I took me 2 weeks but i got an email from support saying they can help me out.
