Missed 2 Story skillpoints, now i cant get them

I missed the Altar for the Sacrificial Heart in Act 3 Normal. Then found the altar in act 3 Cruel and used it there. Realised afterwards that i am missing skillpoints and since then i have been grinding Aggorat and Utzaal in Normal and cruel for hours but it doesnt drop. please help.
