Grinding gear support?
I don't know where else to ask this.
I submitted a ticket via an email to GG and I'm just wondering if it works? There was no automated message saying email received or any indication that message was not sent into the ether. Now I can wait for support and I understand if they are busy with more critical stuff, it's just the not knowing if the message got to them that is killing me. Last bumped on Jan 4, 2025, 10:28:57 AM

They don't send acknowledgments; the process is a bit 'silent' until they get around to responding to you.

There is no support and they probably also dont care.
Im waiting now since 26 Days. The only thing i got were those copy paste responses in the Forum and the copy paste answer to my mail asking me for data they already have just to go silent again ... If they actually cared they would inform ppl what the heck is going on beyond one thread. Also they would by now have made a support system that isnt such a joke - honestly - e-mail support with free form for a game with so many players - that is just unprofessional from my point of view. |

And no asking for support after paying isnt "harassing" but simply normal in everyday business transactions. They copy paste the same responses to every thread - and there has been no real update since their initial post about it. Even my first support reply was a generic copy paste email that just made it clear to me that no one even read my support request ... Last but not least i already told you taht i didnt send them multiple mails for that reason. Seriously what is wrong with ppl like you. Looking at your profile just makes me sad - i dont even want to know how much you spent on this game yet you seem to have absolutely no entitlement after spending so much. Are you the same in other parts of your real life? If you buy a steak and they bring you nothing you just say nothing and leave? Having similar issues. One character is unable to respec (talent lock), one keeps crashing (character lock). Support doesn't respond at all.
