Support is a Joke

If you ever have a problem with this game good luck.

Waiting for 26 Days now - this is absolutely unacceptable support. I think i will try to file a complaint with consmer law.

This is the most unprofessional support and system of support ive ever seen - also changed my reviews to negative. Hopefully media will at some point start reporting about this - since it doesnt seem like they give a crap ...

The only joke here is impatient players wanting instant help when realistically the more than treble workload and seasonal holidays are happening compounded with players trying to spam mail them to be seen quicker which has the opposite effect.

Waiting over a month for them to unlink a steam account is the joke, on us the consumers (And this was started before PoE2 came out so can't blame it all on that)

This is not a free product.
It's a paid game.

Even steam, the platform itself, that has infinitely more cases, responds within a few hours.
And before you say something about how "steam is big", steam apparently has very little number of employees.

I had support respond to me they said they can fix my issue. And nothing has happen since. No reply and not fixed
