Support answered 2 different emails on the same issue.

I sent an email to ggg support 6/12 to request an email change. At first, in that email, i asked to get the change done to a hotmail adress but the email suppousedly never got through so i sent another on 10/12 but insted of asking to change to a hotmail adress, i modified it so i can get it on a Gmail adress (Which works way better than hotmail really)

So i got an answer asking me if i reaaaaaally tried recovering my email, which is just lazy since if i could recover my current mail account i wouldnt bother with ggg support.

But funny part is, today i got answer on the mail that suppousedly didnt go through asking me account and character names. Which is it gonna be ggg? Who is really working on my ticket? Did it somehow get taken twice? Because you've stated that sending additional emails resets you qeue position.

They are just pretending to do anything (at least from my point of view) - those are just copy paste responses everyone seems to get - they often dont even make sense but probably send you back to the bottom of the queue. (also had a response asking for more info - but nothing even indicated that my support request was even read by anyone)

Also - what do you expect - this has to be the most absurd support system ive ever seen - you maybe can do this with a very small company with few customers - but having a "free form mail" system to get support with probably over a million players is beyond unprofessional from my point of view - which would also explain multiple answers etc. - they probably just have no overview since its probably chaotic - not to mention everybody writing multiple mails since htere isnt even a confirmation mail.
