Crashing to Desktop on loading screens (with Error Log)

Dear GGG,

I have been dealing with constant crashing since the beginning of Early Access.

Put simply, almost every loading screen (cogwheel screen) crashes me straight to desktop. I have tried EVERYTHING, including all the suggested fixes online, such as:

- Changing renderer from Vulkan -> DX 11 -> DX 12
- Limiting FPS (both overall, foreground and background FPS)
- Lowering all my graphic specs
- Online utilities like Process Lasso to limit CPU loads
- Using https://github.com/Kapps/PoEUncrasher/releases/tag/v1.2.0
- Made sure I'm running the latest Nvidia drivers
- Made sure I'm running the latest BIOS drivers and version

I am at the end of the rope. I can't play the game... whether it's going into a town portal, entering a new zone, or even the brief cogwheel screen you get when opening the skill tree or mini map will often crash the game for me.

I don't need you to fix it anymore, I just need to know that you are aware of the issue and will work on fixing this before this launches v1.0. I don't have this issue in any other game, and I am not suffering from the Intel Chipset issues that played gen 13 and gen 14 CPU's (I am certain, because I *was* and had to RMA my old CPU, but made sure to download and apply the latest BIOS fix beforehand).

Nvidia 4090 Aorus
Intel i9 14900K
MOBO: ROG STRIX Z7900-F

I would really appreciate a response to know that the issue is acknowledged and you're looking into it. I bought the game for EA specifically so I could play ahead of V1 release.. and right now I can't get a single good play session in without crashing, often I can't even get into the login screen.
