Trial of Sekhemas Bugged

Can't start the 4th floor of my trial of Sekhemas, every time I get the message "The terrain generator for the client is out of sync with the server. Please create a new instance and try again."

Ctrl + left click on both the altar and the entrance does not open the instance menu so I cannot force a new instance.

I should mention, I've tried everything google/other posts have to offer. Verified files on Steam, rebooted PC, let it sit for over 24 hours now (did some mapping, Trials of Chaos, etc.). I even made sure I'm clicking the right thing for the instance and was able to reset other instances.
