Weapon Skin problem

Hello, id like to report a problem about an item ive just purchased.
The item is Sorcerer Wand, it is a weapon skin and as i equip and start using it, its flash effects while using Chaos Bolt have serious negative effect on my eyes, to the point that i cant basically use the item. Can i please ask if its possible to somehow refund the item, for the coins i purchased it? (it cost 175, in sale) and, also remove it from my account?
