My account has been blocked and I have been waiting for 10 days

I want to use my current account to purchase another testing qualification. I'm afraid my account will be blocked by you again. At least you can tell me the reason why my previous account was blocked. Even if I did something wrong, at least you should give me a chance to correct it. Even if there is no chance, please tell me the reason. I am afraid that if I purchase the qualification again, I will be blocked again.
