repeat purchase
I accidentally made a duplicate purchase at GGG Mall. After I wrote to the official on December 13, 2024, the official responded to me on December 26 to request purchase information, but there was no follow-up. I am very unforgiving about the official processing time. Please ask. When can I be given the correct time for resolution and refund? I am very angry about this. The current time is 2025/1/2.PM14:34.

It’s a shame that GGG’s response times are worse than usual due to them having released a new game into Early Access less than a month ago - Path of Exile 2’s popularity (15th most played game of all time on Steam, in addition to those using the standalone, Epic Games, PlayStation, and Xbox clients) has definitely caused a surge in support requests.
Naturally, those contacting them regarding matters they themselves are responsible for - such as yourself - has exacerbated this. It’s great to hear a member of their team responded to you on a bank holiday, and I’m sure they’ll follow up again with you soon. “Please understand that imposing strong negative views regarding our team on to other players when you are representing our most helpful forum posters is not appropriate.” — GGG 2022 ---- I'm not 'Sarno' on Discord.
