Cauldron Keeper Bug

Clicking on the Cauldron of The Cauldron Keeper in Apex of Filth removes individual mushrooms from your inventory, when you do not have all of them. I had a red and green mushroom, and clicked on the cauldron. It removed them from my inventory. I assumed it was tracking in some way the mushrooms I had put into the cauldron. When I found the blue mushroom and added it to the cauldron, there was no reward. I'm assuming now it only works if you have all 3 mushrooms in your inventory when you click on the cauldron.

Confirming this bug as well. I had the green mushroom and discovered the NPC before finding the other ones. Clicking the cauldron consumed the green mushroom I was carrying, then I found blue/red. Coming back to the cauldron consumed the remaining 2 mushrooms and gave a character confirmation of "found them all" (or something similar), but no rewards. I believe dying and respawning caused all the mushrooms to become available again, but leaving the area may have also resolved it. Retrieving all 3 mushrooms and handing them in at once resulted in the correct 2 flask rewards (life/mana) with +quality.

It's really weird because I had the 3 mushrooms in my inventory (green, red and blue) and when I interacted with the cauldron and it removed only the green and the red from my inventory but the blues still in my inventory. No reward no nothing! There's no way to put the blue by itself. This quest is broken to the core! It's sad cause the reward is kinda nice!

If someone have this same problem with the shrooms, just try dropping them on the floor before interacting with the cauldron and take them back in your inventory. I was stuck with the blue that wouldn't go in the cauldron and dropping it on the floor and taking it back fixed it. I was then able to put it in the cauldron. Still somehting they need to fix asap since it's a quest with a reward!

I had found two mushrooms by the time I found the Cauldron Keeper, dropped them in the cauldron, went on to the boss, teleported to town to clear inventory, went back to the Apex of Filth, found the third mushroom, teleported to the Keeper, dropped third mushroom in the cauldron.
No reward received.
