Dear GGGG staff, I am truly sorry for any inconvenience caused. My game account [removed by Support] I lost my game qualification and was prompted to log in to your official website to make a new purchase. However, I have been unable to log in to your website and was prompted to contact you to help me solve the problem. I need to be able to log in to your official website and make the purchase normally. After I made the new purchase, the game characters and props in my account are still there. Due to my inability to log in [removed by Support] This account login prevented me from completing the recharge on your official website, so I created this account to ask for help on your forum. I have been looking forward to this game for a long time, but I was also deceived by a scammer.
