Current Account migration to kakao games

Hi,I'm living in korea and I've been playing in western servers for years with this account. Just recently I realize that I can play in a korean server(kakao) with a better ping. Can i migrate my account with the stuff I purchase before from this account? (*im ok losing all my ingame items and characters)
