Ignaduk Bog Witch not giving reward

I finished the campaign and went straight to endgame without finishing the quest to kill the bog witch in cruel, and now on my map it shows that i haven't completed it, but when i went and killed her, the first thing i noticed was the npc not spawning and then when i found her and killed her in the game it didn't have the prompt to go talk to anyone. And the item for the spirit didnt drop either

And a bit of a different angle - I completed the quest and after that i finished the campaign. My Spirit, without any active spirit buffs, shows 130/150, the same as if i have an active buff which takes 20 spirit. I went and killed the Witch both on normal and cruel - nada, same thing.

By me too. Ignaduk dont give reward after finish her. Same by the tree Boss in Act3 in german he Called "Wurzelholz".
