guild member issue

greeting all, my issue is with the guild. one of my guild members gets kicked from the guild every 2 or 3 days and we are all real life friends and all have the same rank, he dont know whats going on and i tried to search for a guild log but unfortunately i only found a guild stash log. i dont know if this count as a bug in the game or not.
