repeat purchase issue
I accidentally purchased the Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack twice and i use credit card to pay
So i mail for GGG support on 12/25/2024 hope support can help me to refund for me Then support reply my mail on 12/27/2024 06:51 support need my path of exile account name including the 4-digit discriminator and the names of a few of my characters and Xsolla transaction ID I reply support mail on 12/28/2024 00:03 all my information And now its 01/02/2025 i didn't get any support reply Im so mad because already few days ago and my credit card company deduction shown And i want to say christmas weeks passed get to work!!!!!! Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you. Please also include the transaction ID of the purchase in question.
