Overwhelmed support?

is the amount of work for support actually decreasing every day? Or are the waiting support requests allready creating more work ontop with new emails?
i only sent a single email, but im waiting since december 10. And i really feel like i have to send another email to get any chance of playing Last bumped on Jan 2, 2025, 6:16:58 AM
