Attempt to Upgrade Supporter pack . Didn't get the pack and got billed!
Hi there.
I tried to upgrade from "Lord of Ogham Supporter pack" to King of the Faridun supporter" (30/12/2024). The transaction failed, but when I checked my bank account,i saw that the amount went captive. I emailed "support@grindinggear.com" at that same hour. I have checked my bank account today, and the payment went through, meaning i don´t have the money or the upgraded pack! I'm a bit concerned, the response time from GGG support has been lacking from what i could read. It's hard to believe it will probably be 2 or 3 weeks, until i have a response from GGG, about this matter. Has anyone had a similar problem? Thank you. Last bumped on Jan 2, 2025, 7:32:00 AM

Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with this issue over the forums. If you have not already done so, please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this with you. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you. Please also include the transaction ID of the purchase in question.
