Unlinking Steam Account

I want to unlink this account from my Steam account. Is it possible?

For more context, it seems like I have 2 PoE accounts associated with the same mail address. When I log in I see 2 accounts when I hover "Switch Account" text. I do not want to use this current account anymore. Is it possible to completely remove an account association from my mail address as well?
