Network MS spikes

Hi, I have problem with network spikes when entering map or die in location. Sometimes when i die my network spikes from 20 to 2000 ms and i need to die again or quit game. From my site is 0 problems but maybe some options in game or system are bad configured. I tried different servers and nothing. If someone know how to solve this pls tell me.

The same issue. Latency spikes from 19 ms to 300 ms every 3-5 sec

The same issue. It's happening even when the initial client GGG loading screen is loading.
