My account has been Locked

My account was locked when I logged into the game, and the system requested that I contact the support team. I have invested a lot into this game with the Over Lord package and upgraded to the Thauma package. I can’t believe my account was locked at this moment. In my account, I only play with two characters, and I was utterly shocked to see this notification! I have sent an email, but the response time is extremely slow. At the same time, I received an automated email refunding the Thauma upgrade pack for $90?! I do not want any refunds! I love this game, and please, do not let me down with your support team.

Can you explain to me why I received a refund email for the Thauma upgrade package (90 USD) when I already had the Overlord package beforehand?! I only wanted to upgrade according to the benefits provided by the developer, so why did I receive an automatic refund request, which seems unreasonable?! I do not wish to refund anything, please keep it and try to help me unlock my account because I am really confused
