purchased 6 premium stash tabs and they were not delivered to me

Hi, Im a new player to the game. I bought a few stash tabs a couple weeks ago and they all showed up great. A couple days ago I saw a sale on the 6 premium stash tab thing. I paid coin for it and the new stashes didnt show up in game. Maybe there is something that I need to do to make them show up? please advise.

Thanks! I figured it out! Now if you could help me with why my game is broken and I can't progress any further on my alt character? I still have a quest to speak with DOryani after completing act 3 cruel. THe problem is you cant interact with him and my quest log shows the completed "cataclysms wake" quest in my log that is from my 1st character. This is happening to MANY people and it's a game breaking bug that hasn't been addressed. Can we please get an update?

Hey, sorry for hijacking - are you talking about the issue that you're not allowed to use the map device in your hideout with alts?

You can fix this by going to Act3 cruel, teleport to The Drowned City (present), walk in the direction of the checkpoint and go back to Ziggurat Encampment (this way you will land in the "present" version instead of "past").
Then walk up the stairs, DO NOT TAKE THE GATEWAY/PORTAL, and you will find Doryani in the top right corner next to Oswald. Speak to him and you will be allowed to use the map device in your hideout. The quest still pops up on my screen but at least the annoying part is gone.
