Iron Citadel - Map Failed ( 3 in a row when the instance is fully cleared boss dead )

Hello i would like to announce the bug i have found , the last 2 days i have found 3 iron citadels on the atlas map , i have done my first tier 15 , the second tier 16 the 3rd tier 18 , i have killed all elites and boss at iron citadel , but i didn't recieve a pop up that saying that the map is complete as usual in other maps , so when i try to open other map the iron citadel is saying that map is failed . i would like to see a fix for this , because i cant find the last citadel that i miss.
