POE 2 characters do not appear in my POE account and I can't trade

Hi!

I have this issue where even though I bought the early access on the PS5 and I have a level 53 character, when I try to trade, and I log in to my POE account, I only see an old POE character, I don't see any of my POE 2 characters and I can't trade.

Also in game, when I try to trade uniques with a friend I get the message that I need to have at least one level 25 character on my account, even though I am literally level 53

I am not sure what to do, please advise

Same cant direct whisper says must be in game . I am in game. Only shows poe1 toons

yep, I can't see anything related to POE 2 on this site, feels like POE2 integration is nonexistent at the moment as a console account, or something of the sort. Thought it was intended. Couldn't do a character rename or anything and my characters don't exist.

Ok happy to see I am not the only one. That means they will probably have to address the issue. I sent them a message in the support email already, since they were saying in other posts that account related issues can’t be solved through the forum, so please do the same and maybe mention that this is an issue many players are having. Good luck guys and if you manage to find a solution please let the rest of us know 😊

I have the exact same issue, I even went that far of buying the game once more on PC platform, just to see if I will manage to debug it, but it didn't helped, wrote a email to the support team, but I believe they are still celebrating new year.

The issue was resolved silently for me. I was able to trade uniques with a friend and then I immediately tested the trade website. I was able to whisper and trade with someone. I also set my trade tab and I am able to list items for trade. Finally I double checked and my items are there for sale on the website. Please note that I can’t see my poe 2 characters here but that’s beside the point. I am not sure if we are meant to anyway. I would advise you to try it out. Maybe now it works for you too

Same problem poe trade show 2 accounts one with no characters and one with poe 1 characters but no poe 2 characters. Anyone know a fix for this?
