Account locked for more than 20 days

I know I'm not the only one having this issue, but it's been 20 days without being able to play a game that I purchased (PoE2) because my account got locked for whatever reason.

GGG actually replied to my email on the first day asking for some account information, which I replied within 30 minutes with the information that was requested, after that, complete silence for 20 days, I had my vacation planned for the holidays to play PoE2, unlucky me I guess !

Hopefully someone from GGG sees this post, Account locks should not be something that takes more than 5 days if the user has all the information required to unlock the account.

SLA's are a thing for a reason.
