Purchase issue

I purchased the warehouse page on the official website, but there is no display in the game. How to solve this problem if there is a record of the purchase

It looks like your purchase was successfully applied to the sub-account you purchased it on. To access the purchased tabs you'll need to be playing using the same sub-account. You can switch the sub-account you're playing with on the character select screen. I hope this helps!
