Xbox Series X - Graphics bugs

One of the most irritating bugs I've ran into with the graphics is in Act 3, in Utzaal. The paved areas would flash and it would just be a mess of pixels or completely blank space. This most often occurred on roads running top left to bottom right on the screen. I regularly had to kite enemies to areas where I could see them in order to fight.

The flashing occurs in other areas as well. I started a new character and found that Clearfell flashes regularly. It most often happens when I'm brining up my inventory (which also flashes intermittently wherever I open it up) but it also happens while just moving around the camp.

Another area I have a problem with is Ardura Caravan. The lag is so prevalent when moving around. I haven't played a ton of games on Xbox since I tend to stick to 1 or 2 for long periods of time but I have never had lag issues like this before. The idea of a city on wheels is fantastic but I'm wondering if it were not moving when we're there if it would resolve the issue. I don't see how that would take away from the lore.

This morning, Tor Gul reassembled himself and pieces of him were floating in the air above his head. When the fight began, they disappeared but it looked weird nonetheless.

Last night in one of the desert zones (Mastadon Badlands perhaps) I was fighting a rare creature. I dropped a bell on it and started slapping away when I noticed a creature several meters away died. My suspicion is that it was actually right on top of me but that wasn't what I saw on screen. I ran into a bunch of teleporting creatures in Bone Pits as well. I would dodge roll from something in front of me then move forward to engage it and it would pop up behind me. These were not magic users with teleporting abilities mind you.

I don't remember all of these things happening when I ran my first character through the campaign but it is very unpleasant and downright uncomfortable on the eyes at times. That's not even mentioning the impact on the visual experience and flow of gameplay.

Same for my wife...
Was good at the start and then the graphic glitches began.
