Guild Points Nott Available to Spend

I submitted points to a guild on Xbox and the guild master cannot see these points. We have looked under guild tab and searched recent transactions and it still is not there. Was told to report it as a bug but not sure how.

Guild points must be accepted by the guild leader on the website in order to be applied to your guild's balance. The page for Path of Exile 2 guild leaders to accept points is here.
