Refund

I preorderd poe 2. When the game launged the code for console was not compatible because i have not enough caracters to redeem it.
I was disappointed so a friend of my bought poe on xbox because i dont have extra money for it. I send you directly an email.

I know in case of launching you dont have the time to react. After 3 weeks i received an email. I send direcly the screens etc... Never an answer receipt.
I bagged for refund so i can pay my friend back before Christmas. Never i had an reaction.

So can i have an answer on my email if i can have a refund or other solution.

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
I did more than once. See my note in first message i bagged for refund. I never receipt an answer
